Second Course:
Home Made Vegetable Soup.

Third Course:
Citrus Sorbet.

Fourth Course:
Breast of Guinea Fowl Stuffed with Spinach,
or
Roast Lamb,
or
Seabass Grilled a La Maison,
or
Beef Ragout with Mushroom Sauce.
or
Vegetarian Pancake with Spinach and Asparagus.

All the above served with Seasonal Vegetables

Dessert:
Apple Strudel with Ice Cream,
or
Selection of Cheeses,
or Fruits of the Forest with Vanilla Ice Cream, or
Chocolate Mouse.
